Police FC has signed Burundian player Gakwaya Leonard, who was playing for Bugesera FC, and Nsengiyumva Samuel, who had spent a long time at Gorilla FC. Both players signed two-year contracts.
They become the latest additions to the Rwanda National Police team this summer, following the release of some players and the contract extension of others.

Gakwaya is regarded as one of the top midfielders and had spent two years at Bugesera FC, which he joined from Flambeau du Centre FC in Burundi.
Nsengiyumva Samuel is a right-back who had been with Gorilla FC for six years. Police FC bought out the final year of his contract from the club that had developed him.
